GetYourGuide’s mission is to give the whole world access to incredible experiences. Even in challenging times, we remain fully committed to that mission and running our operations as usual. Your work of serving travelers has not stopped, and neither has ours. We're here to help, and ensure you are able to manage your business smoothly.

Our policy for travelers with existing bookings

During these times, our shared concern is for the traveler. GetYourGuide has proactively put in place a traveler-first cancellation policy given the uncertainty and fear travelers are feeling:

  1. Travelers who cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund from GetYourGuide.

  2. Travelers who cancel a booking within 24 hours of the planned start time will receive a credit redeemable for the full value of their booking.

  3. When an attraction or event is forced to close, we will proactively reach out to customers and refund their booking.
